- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 m.-sized banana(s)
- 2 tsp honey, or sugar to sweeten
- 2 eggs
- Oil, for frying

delicious pancakes from the USA, for breakfast, with few ingredients
Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces, and mash them with a fork. Sweeten with honey or sugar. Stir in the eggs, then add the flour and mix everything well again. Cook the pancakes in a pan with a little oil. Be careful, they don’t take long and can burn easily. Enjoy with fruit or honey.
