Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tsp, heaped cocoa powder
- e.g. cream (whipped cream)
- 1 pack of QimiQ classic
- n. B. Sweetener

with Qimiq
Sift the cocoa powder into a small bowl and add enough cream (or milk if you’re trying to cut down on calories) to create a thick, creamy consistency that still runs off the spoon. In a separate bowl, whisk the Qimiq until creamy and mix with the thick cocoa powder until no lumps remain. Season to taste. I find two dashes are enough; it’s still richly chocolatey and not too sweet. You can either eat the pudding straight away, when it will have the consistency of cream pudding, or refrigerate it for about half an hour, when it will firm up a bit. You can vary the flavor by adding fresh fruit, sugar-free coffee syrup in various flavors, or—if you’re not on a low-carb diet—with regular syrups. It will be fluffier if you fold in some whipped cream.
