Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 150 ml buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp almonds, grated
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Clarified butter, for the pan

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Buttermilk Pancakes
Whisk together the butter, buttermilk, eggs, and honey. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, almonds, salt, and baking soda and mix until smooth. Cook small pancakes in a nonstick pan in hot clarified butter. Add the batter a tablespoon at a time. About 3 minutes per side should be enough. Serve the finished pancakes with butter, maple syrup, Nutella, powdered sugar, or jam, as desired.
