Banana-peach-cinnamon milk

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g banana(s)
  • 50 g peach(s)
  • 200 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 8 g cornflakes
  • 2 g cinnamon
  • e.g. cornflakes
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

With cornflakes – for 1 large glass for breakfast

The fruit listed is already prepared, meaning it’s peeled and cored and weighed. Place all ingredients in a tall container and blend until smooth using a hand blender. Since the banana is very ripe (at least mine was), you don’t really need any sweetener; if you do, I’d prefer honey. If the consistency is right, pour into a pretty glass, sprinkle with cornflakes and cinnamon, and enjoy immediately. A glass in the morning will fill you up.
