Banana, raspberry, and blueberry smoothie with chia seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g mixed berries (raspberries and blueberries)
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 120 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Combine the berry mix, banana, mint, and milk in a bowl and blend thoroughly. Add the chia seeds and stir well. Pour into a large glass and let it sit for 10 minutes. You’ve got a delicious, healthy smoothie.
