Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 large bananas, ripe
- 150 g cream cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g flour (wholemeal)
- 100 g flour, type 405
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 tsp oil
- 5 drops of rum flavoring

Mash the bananas thoroughly with a fork, then add the cream cheese, sugar, rum flavoring, and oil, one at a time, and mix well. Then fold in the flour mixed with the baking powder and mix until smooth (all with a fork; no mixer required). Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
