Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 ml cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 25 ml egg liqueur
  • 1 banana(s), approx. 125 g each
  • 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream (bourbon vanilla ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the cream, milk, and egg liqueur in a blender. Peel the banana and break it into pieces, then add it to the blender. Puree everything with an immersion blender. Add the vanilla ice cream and mix briefly with the immersion blender. Pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy.
