Banana shake with cinnamon and sugar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 450 ml milk
  • Cinnamon and sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a saucepan. Add the milk and blend the mixture with a hand blender until smooth. Season with cinnamon and sugar and blend again briefly. Refrigerate the shake for 30-60 minutes before serving.
