Tuna salad with tomato and cucumber

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice, 100 g drained weight
  • 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes, colorful
  • 1 snake cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • possibly sheep’s cheese
  • possibly olives
  • 20 g honey
  • 20 g mustard
  • 20 g balsamic vinegar, light
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Drain the tuna. Wash the tomatoes and cucumber. Quarter the tomatoes and slice the cucumber. Dice the onion. Tear the tuna into pieces and mix with the tomatoes, cucumber, and diced onion. For the dressing, combine honey, mustard, vinegar, oil, and water and season with salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with the ingredients and let the salad sit for 20 minutes. We serve it with baguette. Tip: If you like, you can add feta cheese or olives.
