Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 3 tbsp curry
- Soy sauce, light
- vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel, slice, and fry the bananas. Then add the curry, mix well, pour in the coconut milk, dilute with vegetable stock, and finally season with soy sauce.
