  • 100 g chicken, shredded
  • 2 tbsp chicken seasoning
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 50 ml wine (cherry wine)
  • 50 ml cream
  • 50 g blueberries (blueberries)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Wash the chicken schnitzel, pat dry, and cut into strips. Toss with oil and chicken seasoning salt. Brown in a pan. Deglaze with the cherry wine. Add the blueberries. Simmer gently. Stir in the whipped cream and reduce slightly. Serve with the croquettes.
