Banana soy yogurt dish

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 ml yogurt, soy-natural e.g. from Alpro
  • 2 m.-large banana(s), ripe
  • 1 tbsp butter (almond butter or nut butter, well heaped)
  • 1 tbsp honey (flower honey), well heaped
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 3 tbsp bran (spelt bran) or wheat germ
  • some fruit, fresh sour berries nB
  • 2 tbsp muesli, or more for breakfast

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dessert or basis for rich muesli

Pour the soy yogurt into a large bowl. Add the bananas, almond butter, honey, and lemon. Blend everything with a hand blender until smooth. Finally, add the spelt bran or wheat germ and stir in. The dessert is ready to serve. Adjust the ripeness of the bananas and the amount of honey. You can also add more nut butter to taste. Tip: You can add some tart berries to taste. Tip: Also suitable as a base for breakfast muesli or with 500 ml of soy yogurt as a banana drink.
