Mustard and honey sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp honey (can also be creamy honey)
  • 1 tbsp dill tips, chopped, fresh (alternatively 1 tsp dried)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

lightning-fast mustard-honey sauce for gravlax

Mix the mustard and honey. Creamy or crystalline honey is no problem; it liquefies when mixed with mustard. Rinse the dill briefly, pat dry, finely chop the dill tips, and stir into the mustard and honey mixture. The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for weeks. We enjoy this sauce not only with gravlax. We also use it as a sauce for cheese baguettes and as a dip for fondue.
