Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the butter in a pan. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion, and fry it in the butter until translucent and golden brown. Peel and slice the bananas, add them to the onion, and sauté over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and pour the lemon juice evenly over the top. Mix everything together and serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
