delicious dessert
Halve the banana crosswise and lengthwise. Grate the zest of the organic lemon, then juice it. Place it in a pan with butter, honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, cardamom, walnuts, and raisins. Add the banana quarters and heat until just warm. The banana should be just warm. Place two banana quarters on each plate. Reduce the liquid slightly and pour over the warm bananas. Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt to each plate and sprinkle with a little cocoa powder. Tip: In summer, the yogurt can easily be replaced with vanilla ice cream.
