Banana yogurt with strawberries

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 handful of kernels, e.g. sun lumen, pine, etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wholesome, healthy food that even children enjoy!

Puree the banana. Then add a quarter of the yogurt and continue blending. Stir in the honey and the remaining yogurt with a spoon. Wash and quarter the strawberries, reserving a few for garnish. Add the strawberries to the yogurt and mix everything with a spoon. Serve on plates, place the strawberry halves on top, and sprinkle with the seeds. Tip: I always use the packaged salad seeds, as they contain a variety of them. A good alternative to ready-made yogurt. My children even take it to kindergarten in jars.
