Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g nuts (nut mix)
- 6 tbsp honey
- 2 bananas
- 500 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with honey nuts
Roughly chop the nuts. Heat honey in a pan, add the nuts, and caramelize until golden yellow. Transfer to a piece of baking paper and let cool slightly. Slice the bananas and drizzle with lemon juice. Stir the yogurt until smooth and layer the bananas and honey nuts alternately in dessert glasses.
