Bananas – Caramelized
The perfect bananas – caramelized recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Pc. Bananas
- 5 tbsp Coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Brown sugar / raw sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 150 ml. Tequila / alcohol
- 200 ml. Cream
- Cinnamon / quantity as required but add /
- Crème fraîche as a decoration
- Almond leaves or nuts chopped up to sprinkle
- Cut the bananas open long (cut in half) on the pan with butter and coconut milk or fry the grated lightly (on both sides) (1 min.)
- Add raw sugar, turn and caramelize. Add the cream, don’t forget the cinnamon.
- Pure and carefully stir Tequila. Serve on a plate with sauce and sprinkle with flaked almonds or nuts.
