Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 75 g butter, soft
  • 65 g sugar
  • 65 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 160 g chocolate sprinkles (whole milk)
  • 80 g walnuts

Sift the flour and baking powder, add the salt, and mix everything together. In another bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Peel and mash the banana. Add it to the bowl along with the egg and vanilla sugar and continue whisking. Now add the flour mixture to the mixture and mix everything at low speed until you have a smooth dough. Roughly chop the walnuts and stir in along with the chocolate sprinkles. Using a teaspoon of dough, place small heaps of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving about 5 cm between each heap. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 10 minutes.
