Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Gradually add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C until golden brown (check frequently!). This recipe is ideal as a base for fruit tarts and similar desserts.
