Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 passion fruits, halved
- 1 large banana(s), cut into small pieces
- 250 g milk (skimmed milk)
- 60 g low-fat yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Scoop the passion fruit pulp out of the skin with a spoon and place it in a blender. Add the banana, milk, and yogurt and blend until smooth. Don’t overblend, as this can make the shake very thick and foamy. Add a little more milk if needed.
