Bananas – Quark – Cream – Cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 banana(s), ripe
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g cream
  • 80 g sugar, (or nB)
  • some lemon juice
  • e.g. cinnamon or chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

quick dessert – good use of leftover ripe bananas

Peel the bananas, break them into pieces, and puree them with a little lemon juice. Add the sugar and low-fat quark and puree until fluffy. Pour the cream into a clean, grease-free bowl and whip until stiff peaks form. Fold it into the banana-quark mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with cinnamon or chocolate sprinkles, if desired. Note: Be careful with the amount of sugar, as ripe bananas are already very sweet.
