Pizza dough: Mix the flour with the salt and oregano. Now make a well and add the sugar and yeast. Then add the water and wait one minute. Now knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes. Add the oil and knead briefly again. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes. After the waiting time, roll out the dough on the baking sheet until the entire baking sheet is covered. Let it rise for another 10 minutes, if you like. Remove the dough and add the toppings. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees (top/bottom heat). Topping: Mix the tomato paste with the barbecue sauce and season with spices. Spread the sauce over the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with bacon and/or diced ham. Bake on the bottom of the oven for a few minutes to seal the dough quickly and prevent the sauce from soaking it. Then bake on the middle rack for another 8-15 minutes. The baking time, of course, depends on the desired crispiness and the oven. Tip: Onions and garlic are also a delicious addition. There are no limits to your creativity.
