Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 150 g pineapple
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the onions and garlic. Wash, trim, and finely dice the bell pepper. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Finely dice the pineapple. Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil, add the diced bell pepper, and let it simmer briefly. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and season. Let the sauce cool.
