Prawns with garlic

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 600 g prawns, raw, peeled but with tail
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • 2 spring onions
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Rinse the prawns and pat dry. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil. Fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes over high heat, adding the garlic. Deglaze with white wine and season with salt and pepper. Trim and finely chop the spring onions, and mix in. Serve with fresh baguette or ciabatta.
