  • 250 g butter
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (e.g. Milchmädchen)

Instructions

is suitable for cake fillings, small pastries and piping flowers

Beat 250 g of room-temperature butter for about 3-5 minutes until fluffy. Slowly stir in the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until a smooth, fluffy cream forms.
