Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 ml espresso
  • 1 cl liqueur (Licor 43)
  • 3 tsp condensed milk, sweetened
  • 30 ml milk, warm, frothed
  • 1 piece(s) lime peel (approx. 0.5 cm)
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Canarian coffee specialty

In a coffee glass with a capacity of approximately 180 ml, first pour the sweetened condensed milk and then the espresso. Then add the Licor 43. Carefully cover with the milk foam and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Place the piece of lime zest on top of the milk foam or serve it on a spoon and fold it in later. Stir before drinking.
