Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g wheat flour
- 25 g wheat flour (wholemeal), can also be omitted
- 250 g butter
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 25 ml milk
- 200 g sugar

Whether for a celebration or just because: these cookies are easy to make and taste good any time of year!
Mix the plain flour and whole-wheat flour with the sugar. Add the butter, eggs, and milk and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then knead thoroughly again, then roll out and cut out cookies of your choice. Bake at 180°C until golden brown. Decorate the cookies as desired.
