Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 wraps
- 300 g chicken breast fillet(s) or turkey breast
- 1 pack of low-fat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 small can of corn
- ½ head of iceberg lettuce
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and fry in a little oil. Mix the curry powder with 100 ml of water and pour over the meat, then simmer briefly. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Slice the spring onions into thin rings and mix with the tomatoes. Cut the lettuce into thin strips. Mix the cream cheese with a few tablespoons of curry sauce from the pan until smooth and season to taste. Briefly heat the wraps in a dry pan on both sides. Spread the curry and cream cheese sauce on the wraps. Place the meat, tomatoes, spring onions, lettuce, and corn in the center of the wraps and season with salt and pepper. Fold up the bottom edge slightly, then fold both sides over the filling and serve.
