Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 15 g butter
- 75 g flour
- 125 ml milk
- ½ tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cinnamon and sugar for the filling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt the butter in a double boiler (note: not shown in the video) and mix it with the remaining ingredients in a bowl until a smooth batter forms. Spread the batter thinly onto a crepe maker and roll it into a circle. Sprinkle the finished crepe with cinnamon and sugar and roll it up.
