Cheese toast wrapped in bacon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast, regular or wholemeal toast
  • 2 slice(s) cheese, of your choice, as big as the slices of toast
  • 6 slice(s) Bacon , long slices!
  • possibly fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Place the cheese between the slices of toast. Wrap three slices of bacon side by side around the toast, wrapping the entire piece of bread and slightly overlapping the bacon on the back. Turn the toast and wrap the remaining slices crosswise around it. Fry until crispy in a non-stick pan or with a little oil. Serve with a leaf salad of your choice and a dash of ketchup.
