  • 90 g sugar
  • 60 ml oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 ml milk

The basic recipe for sweet muffins

First, sift or add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Then, mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then all you need to do is combine the dry and wet ingredients, and our basic recipe is complete. If you like, you can also add fruit (drain well) or nuts, almonds, or coconut flakes. Pour the finished muffin batter into the muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes. Done! Your imagination is the limit. Have fun baking.
