Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g flour
- 50 ml milk
- optional flavoring
- possibly chocolate, chopped
- possibly fruit, cut into small pieces
- Fat for the mold
- Paper cups
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and flavoring with a hand mixer until fluffy. Then add the eggs and continue beating for about 2 minutes. Then fold in the flour and baking powder. If desired, add chopped chocolate or fruit pieces. Finally, add the milk; the amount depends on the desired consistency. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin or one lined with paper baking cups and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. This batter is also suitable for a loaf cake.
