Basic Muffin Recipe
The perfect basic muffin recipe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 125 g Liquid butter
- 200 ml Milk
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 200 g Flour
- 0,5 Pck. Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Brandy vinegar
Liquid ingredients
- Separate the eggs, placing the yolks in an extra bowl. Beat the egg whites into egg whites. Beat the melted butter with milk and sugar until creamy. Then add vanilla. [Add the vanilla as you like.] Gradually add the egg yolks to the butter and sugar mixture. The egg whites are added at the end!
Dry ingredients
- Mix the flour well with the baking powder. Gradually stir the flour-baking powder mixture into the butter-sugar mixture. Carefully fold in the egg whites. Finally add some brandy vinegar.
tip
- I use a whisk for all steps, this creates a loose dough. To keep the muffin fluffy and juicy, I add some brandy vinegar. Once the small cake has been baked, you can no longer taste any of the vinegar! The finished dough can now be refined as desired! [Nutella, chocolate flakes, jam, etc.] Electric stove top and bottom heat – convection 180 ° C [approx. 15 – 20 minutes] Let the cakes cool and garnish as desired. Perfect for on the go! Quantity is for 12 muffins !!
