Croissant Pasta Salad

The perfect croissant pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Croissant noodles
  • 5 Halves Pickled peppers
  • 100 g Frozen peas
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 pinch Paprika powder
  • Salt pepper
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Let the peas thaw and rinse with cold water.
  2. The noodles are cooked firm to the bite in strongly salted water. Just before they are done, add the peas. Pour through a sieve and let it drain off first.
  3. When they are cold, put them in a bowl.
  4. Cut the pepper halves into small pieces.
  5. Finely dice the peeled onion.
  6. Add everything to the pasta.
  7. Mix the dressing with the tomato paste, spices, vinegar and oil and pour it over the pasta. Mix it all up and let it sit for at least an hour.
  8. If necessary, season again before eating.
  9. Goes well with a breaded schnitzel.
