Croissant Pasta Salad
The perfect croissant pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Croissant noodles
- 5 Halves Pickled peppers
- 100 g Frozen peas
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 pinch Paprika powder
- Salt pepper
- Pepper from the grinder
- Let the peas thaw and rinse with cold water.
- The noodles are cooked firm to the bite in strongly salted water. Just before they are done, add the peas. Pour through a sieve and let it drain off first.
- When they are cold, put them in a bowl.
- Cut the pepper halves into small pieces.
- Finely dice the peeled onion.
- Add everything to the pasta.
- Mix the dressing with the tomato paste, spices, vinegar and oil and pour it over the pasta. Mix it all up and let it sit for at least an hour.
- If necessary, season again before eating.
- Goes well with a breaded schnitzel.
