Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine flour, baking powder, and sugar in a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything on low speed first. Once the flour is no longer dusty, quickly mix on high speed until a smooth dough forms. Do not overmix the dough, as this will make it tough. If desired, add any flavorings according to the recipe and continue processing.
