Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped flour
  • some paprika powder
  • some pepper
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 handful of oat flakes

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

To prepare, cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized pieces and preheat the oven. In a bowl, combine the flour with salt, pepper, and paprika. Whisk the egg and pour it into another bowl. Add plenty of oatmeal to the third bowl. First, coat the chicken fillet in the flour and spice mixture, lightly massaging the flour in. Then, dip the pieces in the egg and finally, coat them in the oatmeal. The chicken should be nicely coated. Arrange the chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place them in the oven. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes.
