Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 egg whites
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the low-fat quark to the three egg yolks, whisk both ingredients together, and add salt, pepper, and baking powder. Fold the egg yolk and low-fat quark mixture into the beaten egg whites. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the batter mixture on it. Bake the batter for 20 minutes at 170°C fan-assisted oven until golden brown.
