- 280 g Flour
- 290 ml Milk
- 1 Pkg Baking powder
- 2 canceled Tl Salt
- Herbs of your choice
- In a bowl, stir the flour, milk, salt, baking powder and herbs vigorously with a spatula. It should be a sticky, slightly viscous mass.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Take a loaf pan and line it with baking paper. Pour in the dough and distribute it evenly.
- Slide into the middle of the oven and cook for about 30-35min. to bake. Then immediately lift out of the mold and let cool down.
- This recipe is super variable, do you prefer sweet? Then turn on sugar and cinnamon. But hearty? Salami, cheese and co. go fantastic with it. If you like butter taste, add a tablespoon of soft butter to the dough. You see you have 1000 possibilities. Mine was with herbs today and tastes deliciously aromatic with cream cheese.
