Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 pot of basil
- 2 tbsp parsley, fresh
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 small spring onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the softened butter in a bowl. Wash the basil, parsley, and spring onion and add them to the bowl, coarsely chopping the herbs if desired. Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press. Add the Parmesan cheese, a little salt and pepper, and the crushed garlic clove to the bowl. Blend everything thoroughly with a hand blender. Finally, season with salt to taste. The basil butter tastes delicious on toasted baguette from the grill.
