  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 1 lime(s) (organic)
  • Pepper, mixed, coarsely ground
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder

Place the softened butter in a bowl. Finely grate the lime zest and squeeze out the juice. Knead the lime zest and butter with a fork. Season with mixed pepper (preferably freshly ground), salt, and paprika. Use sweet or hot paprika, depending on your taste. If it’s not sour enough, add 1 tablespoon of the lime juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Tastes great with grilled fish, poultry, and meat, but also with baguette and fresh bread.
