Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 3 bunch basil, finely chopped
- 100 g pine nuts, dry roasted
- 300 g sheep’s cheese
- 200 g butter
- 200 ml cream, whipped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes
Cream the feta cheese and butter with a hand mixer until creamy, then fold in the remaining ingredients. Line a suitable bowl with foil, pour the mixture into it, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Turn out before serving and garnish with basil leaves.
