Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g Camembert(s), well cooked
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • some caraway powder
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • ½ bunch chives
  • Salt
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 100 g sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preparation time: 15 minutes. Melt the butter. Finely dice the Camembert. Finely dice or grate the onion. Finely chop the chives. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt. Let stand for at least 15 minutes. Serve with fresh pretzels.
