  • 250g spaghetti
  • Cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a frying pan with the sliced ​​basil for a few minutes. Deglaze with the cream and simmer over medium heat for a few more minutes, while the spaghetti cooks. Now mix the egg into the cream and basil sauce and season with salt, pepper, and a little garlic. If you like a little more sauce, add a little more cream or milk.
