Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 ½ dl cream
- 1 egg(s)
- 250g spaghetti
- Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Vegetarian
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a frying pan with the sliced basil for a few minutes. Deglaze with the cream and simmer over medium heat for a few more minutes, while the spaghetti cooks. Now mix the egg into the cream and basil sauce and season with salt, pepper, and a little garlic. If you like a little more sauce, add a little more cream or milk. Let the egg set, mix in the spaghetti, and serve with grated cheese. For Swiss food, it tastes even better with Aromat.
