Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 ml vinegar (red wine or white wine vinegar)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 14 days; Total time approx. 14 days 10 minutes
Pour the red/white wine vinegar over the washed and patted dry basil and the peeled, sliced garlic cloves and let stand in a dark place for at least 14 days. Gently stir occasionally. Then strain the vinegar through a fine cheesecloth into a bottle. Store in a cool, dark place.
