  • 700 ml vinegar (red wine or white wine vinegar)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch of basil

Instructions

Pour the red/white wine vinegar over the washed and patted dry basil and the peeled, sliced ​​garlic cloves and let stand in a dark place for at least 14 days. Gently stir occasionally. Then strain the vinegar through a fine cheesecloth into a bottle. Store in a cool, dark place.
