Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g fresh basil
- 120 ml olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan (Parmigiano Reggiano, aged 30 months)
- 40 g pine nuts
- 2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Rinse the basil, dry it, and roughly chop it. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the finished pesto into a clean jar and seal.
