Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g basil
- 45 g pine nuts
- 25 g almond(s), ground
- Salt
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 100 ml olive oil, good

Instructions

great with pasta and tomatoes
Place the basil leaves, pine nuts, almonds, salt, and oil in a blender and puree. Add the Parmesan cheese and blend briefly again. Pour the pesto into jars and top with a little olive oil for preservation. It will keep for up to 6 months if refrigerated.
