Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g fig(s), dried
- 100 g orange juice
- 250 g mustard, medium hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 3 minutes
If the mustard is too spicy, add honey if desired
Soak figs in orange juice for about 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally, and drain. Blend the drained figs in a blender, add the mustard, and mix thoroughly. It tastes great with smoked salmon.
