Ingredients

  • 200 g Pimentos (small fried peppers, called pimentos in Spain)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill

Instructions

  • Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices. Heat olive oil (2 tbsp) in a non-stick pan, fry the garlic clove slices in it until golden-brown / stir-fry and take out again. Clean and wash the pimentos, tan them in the frying pan and fry them until the skin becomes blistered and small black spots. Then place on a plate, season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and sprinkle the fried garlic on top. You pick it up on a stick and enjoy it! (Tapas / finger food)
