Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 20 g butter
  • 4 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Ketchup as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

according to the inventor’s style

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain the water. Melt the butter in a large pan, add the pasta, and fry. Add the seasonings and cook, stirring constantly, until crispy. Serve with ketchup. This dish also works well with leftover pasta from the day before.
